What Causes The Pink Skin Tag Hanging From The Vagina?

I'm a virgin and i have a pink flesh like thing hanging out side my vagina it causes no discomfort but also makes me very self conscious its wrinkle like and there is 2 one right next to each other I'm scared to tell anyone and I'm wondering if it could be removed what are my options!!!!
