What Causes The Premenopausal Symptoms Since 2 Years?

For the past 2.5 years, I have been experiencing perimenopausal symptoms. I have visited my obgyn about this, so she is aware of this. Throughout this time my period is on time, sometimes early and sometimes later like 40-60 days late. At this time, I have not had it for 72 days and now the last 2 times having sex w/husband there has been a little bleed then it stops but still not period. Please advise.
