What Causes The Presence Of Debris In Gall Bladder?

My history of H pylori was treated. Left my stomach lining inflamed. Now, my stomach makes too much acid. Probe Acid Test was done. Acid is high during the day but at night the acid is much higher. I have dysphasia in my throat. My ultrasound of my gull bladder came back as debris in them. Need more testing. My liver is enlarged more then, normal. What causes debris in the gull bladder? My cholesterol is high. Border line no need for medication now. Same with my high blood pressure. No medication is needed now.
