What Causes The Presence Of Different Bugs On The Scalp Along With Oozing Liquid?

hi dr im desperate for help i got bite on my scalp while blackberry picking ovor a year ago since then iv had so so many differant bugs coming out my scalp,my hair has completly gone, iv now got afluid pouring out from top of my head its not puss its like an acid which burns any thing on contact i cant describe the bugs as there so varied shape and size some are even alive.sorry i dont have any money im not working any sugestions please
