What Causes The Rash And Skin Loss On My Foreskin, And How Can I Alleviate The Itching And Burning?

Hi. From last year in mars i noticed my penis was not so erectile after that i noticed like a rash on foreskin. in time this rash eat at the base of foreskin first layer of skin, like almost half of penis gland, so now it s without that layer. It can be itchy , sometimes when i piss i have some burning sensation. I think this was a bacteria, now i try some natural remedies to restaurate my skin back. What can you say about that?
