What Causes The Results Of Gonorrhoea To Be Inconclusive?

I was made to have an STD test when I went to the clinic for contraception. I have come back negative for chlamydia but inconclusive for gonorrhea. It is not possible that I have contracted that. So why has it come up inconclusive? And do I HAVE to go back to the clinic like they sat?
