What Causes The Size Of The Uterine Fibroids To Increase?

i m suffering from uterine fibroids since 2008.at first my fibroid was one , then it became three.i was under allopathy treatment.then i shifted to homeopathy since 2009 , once the size of the tumours decreased and now it has increased as before.are my fibroids cancerous?how would i know?
