What Causes The Spreading Of Moles?

hello i am lalitha 36 years old, two months ago i had 2 brown mole in brown color and now iam seeing that it is spreading , my friernds says that its genetic , but it is looking very ugly , i'm worried that it should not be spread , ( may i know the varieties of mole to understand the one which i have ) is there any treatment centre in south of Tamil nadu .
