What Causes The Symptoms Of Morning Sickness, Nausea And Fatigue?

hi I'm trying to figure out if my wife is pregnant we are taking over 6 different pregnancy test. she's been having morning sickness and fatigue and feeling nausea for quite some time. Also gain weight for over a period of time.and all the tests we have taken is coming out negative.
