What Causes The Urge To Belch, Discomfort In Stomach Along With Pain In Mid-back?

Hi there. Just to ask you about this urge to burp and feeling discomfort/ slight pain right in the middle upper deep back especially when I m on my side sleeping. Always feel discomfort only on my left upper side as well. My left arm are feeling weak sometimes.
