What Causes Thick And White Clot Discharge From Vagina During Periods?

Hi, I am currently on my period and had really bad stomach pains that felt different from the usual cramps.

This morning i have lost a long, white, thick kind of clot. Quite hard to discribe. I am unsure what this is.

I had a baby 7 motnhs ago but this is the first time i have experienced this.
