What Causes Thick Greenish Discharge After Having Unsafe Sex?

A couple of months ago I had unprotected sex and I had thick yellow/greenish discharge and I went to the doctor and they checked for Well I got tested for a std and they never called back and when I went down town to the women s health clinic they told me if the symptoms went away in 30 days then I don t have to worry about it cause they gave me pills for gonorrhea and chlamydia and a shot in the butt and they went away so I never went back but I still have green discharge on my tampon so I don t know what s gojng on
