What Causes Thick Reddish Discharge After Ovulation?

I have been having on and off funny discharge..thick,reddish with streaks of blood.Done urynalysis test 3thrice all negative,red blood cells all okey..sharp pains on and off all over my stomach sometimes middle, left, right ..I am tryng to conceive .an it normally happens after ovulation time
