What Causes Thick Vaginal Discharge Along With Strong Odor?

Hi - I have been experiencing a lot of vaginal discharge that is thick and has an odour. Almost feels like I am getting my period. I have to wear a panty liner all the time. I have been give a antibiotic from my family Dr. that I took for 7 days, and just recently, I was given another antibiotic that was one capsule (150mg). But still nothing. I am currently out of town and cannot see my family doctor and need to know what I can do or what this is. There is no itching AT ALL. Any help would be great.
