What Causes Thick White Discharge After Sex?

hi, my girfriend and i recently had sex, with a condom, and noticed afterwards she had discharged a thick white clumpy fluid? And the area isnt itchy, or red and inflamed, any ideas what could have caused this? As we thought it may have been a yeast infection, but she is only showing that one symptom?
