What Causes Thick White Vaginal Discharge During Sex?

Hi, im a female and during sex a thick white lotion like substance secretes before I reach climax. It has no smell. I dont know what it is. I went to the health department and they said everything was fine. I had a pap done about a week ago and all they said was that I had a kidney infection and iv already taken my antibiotics.
