What Causes Thin, Cut-like Marks And A Small Crater On Inner Left Thigh?

I am a sixteen year old male and I am not sexually active. I am six foot one, and I'd estimate 150-170 pounds. I have had bronchitis and have allergies to fur, pollen, and am lactose intolerant. Aside from that I'm relatively A-Ok. I recently noticed a series of what seem to be rashes- that look rather like cuts, or raw skin- each running about an inch or two diagonally up my inner left thigh, all within about seven inches of the pelvis. What really has me worried is the small crater no larger than a dime in diameter that is right on the line between my left left leg and groin that is similar if not identical in texture to the thin, cut-like marks. None of this is irritating and does not hurt or anything when I touch it. I hope this is enough to give a decent diagnosis of what it could be, and hopefully it's harmless.
