What Causes Thin Lined Curve Rashes On Neck, Breasts And Lower Abdomen?

my name is Elaine I did receive the shingles hot a few years ago at walgreens. but I noticed have a thin lined curve rashes on my neck and on my right side one over my breasts and a few thin lined ashes on myright side of my lower abdomen. I had diarrhea ealier but that went away. do you know wha caused my condition?
