What Causes Thin Stool Along With Pain Under Rib Cage?

Pencil thin light colored poop, slight pain underrib cage,warm tingling face,pain that comes and goes left shoulder blade,ringing in left ear,nose feellike it swelling shut,eyes very slight yellow and blood shot, bouts of itching all over. These symptoms are worse if I smoke. Small hard lumps in groin and right side of neck.
