What Causes Thinning Of Size At The Base Of The Penis?

Hi, My penis root is getting thin while top is fine. It was good but now its getting thin. If I used a condom it will not fit in the end as top is hard and big in size but i have issue with my root.its look like a child penis when its.not erect. Any suggestion or treatment please?.
