What Causes Thirsty Feeling All Time?

could you tell me why i am thirsty all the time especially in the morning after breakfast and after lunch my mouth feels very dry even though i have had a glass of water after a few minutes my mouth is dry. i dont eat salty foods or fried foods but still i feel thirsty . please tell me why
