What Causes Throat Blocked Feeling With Mucus Coughing Up?

i am feeling that my throat is blocking . i am coughing to clear that.Something a sound is coming when i takes breath and the the cough is stated.Before 3 month i coughed and vomited.but it stopped now.The cough produces plenty of mucus and the color of that is clear most time.But sometime it is creamy and yellow thread and jelly like.something i have itching sensation on my leg,scarf and back.but there is no rashes.actually i have taken a lots of medicine.i am getting harassed .No doctor can find out the problem.so please help me.
