What Causes Throat Choking, Nose Blockage, Weakness, Gums Pain And Dysphagia?

Hello Doctor Sumit I have been taking Roxid 150, Levact Plus , Sompraz D 20 Zeet Coudh Syrup and Sualin tablet since last 4 days as prescribed by Doctor Srikant Sharma Now I feeling weakness pain in my gums and finding hard to swallow food. Moreover I coulnt feel taste in any food. My throat is still choked nose blocked. Please suggest a remedy
