What Causes Throat Discomfort With A "worm" Like Feeling?

I have been experiencing this feeling as if worm in my throat, I have asked Doctors and they all say it cant be possible. I still feel it and its very uncomfortable. I do not like the feeling. I know HOW i AM FEELING. could these Doctors be missing somethings?
