What Causes Throat Tightness And Shortness Of Breath After Treating Anaphylactic Reactions?

I was treated for two different anaphylactic reactions this week as well as pneumonia. I was released from the hospital yesterday morning but woke up with no voice this morning. My throat is tight and breathing feels short but not like when the reaction hits right away. I am on Benedryl and Methylprednisone to treat the reactions. Could I still be having some sort of reaction that I need to worry about?
