What Causes Throbbing From Back Of Head To Shoulders?

Headache persisting for about 6 days now, its a dull throbbing sensation allover from the back of my head down to my shoulders, up around my eyes to my temple. just today i started feeling nausea, i have taken tylenol, excedrin migraine, excedrin tension headache, motrin and tried a cold compress all to no avail.
