What Causes Throbbing Headache And Weakness?

i been in bed for like 2-3 days now, i been taking vitamin D and multi vitamin supplement and been drinking a lot of water. but i still have a throbing headache, feel very weak, and get extremely cold. anyway to speed up the process and feel better? I also exercise a lot, and I think i get sick more than a normal person. i work out like 4-5 days a week.
