What Causes Throbbing Headache, Incontinence And Mottling Thighs While Having Paraplegia?

I am a T-3 paraplegic. Sometimes I am awoken with a throbbing headache and incontinence of bowel & bladder. I know the headache has to do with autonomic dysreflexia & increased blood pressure. Additionally, I notice mottling in my thighs; can you tell me what this is from? Maureen Markowitz YYYY@YYYY
