What Causes Throbbing In Eyes And Top Of Head?

I am a 66 year old male. I fell 4 days ago and took a direct hit on my nose just below eyes. Much swelling across nose at first. Then purple across my nose and mostly under and slightly above my right eye. Now some purple between my left eye and nose. When I stand my eyes throb as well as the top of my head.
