What Causes Throbbing In Left Temple With Blurriness Of Vision?

hello, my name is sal im 21 years old and well here is my concern

last week i woke up with pressure on my left temple (simular to migrans) for some reason it bothers my up left side of my eye makes me lose focus when reading or when i stare at an object at first i was ignoring it but at soon as i saw that i sometimes pause when reading complete sentences i knew maybe it can be serious...
what do u think it is?
please i wanna know that way i can no longer stress about this thank u..
