What Causes Throbbing In The Head With Slight Headache?

Hello, it seems that my head hurts when i move it fast. For example, if i go up or down the stairs at a somewhat fast pace, my head will throb like a mini headache for about 10 mins, and it goes away faster if i sit down afterwards, or if i continue activity it will continue to hurt for longer. why?
