What Causes Throbbing Pain Around Eyes And Back Of Head?

When I atand up after I have been sitting awhile, my hard starts throbbing all the way around to my eyes and down the back of my head. The noise around me goes in and out with the throb like blood is trying to pump hard to my head. Is that a sgn of high blood pressure? I have never had high blood pressure.
