What Causes Throbbing Pain In Clitoris Leading To Painful Urination?

Hi, I'm really concerned about something that is going on. For about two weeks now, I have had very uncomfortable urination because my clitoris throbs horribly. Even after I'm finished in the bathroom the sensation doesn't stop. I'm 17 and concerned. I also urinate more frequently now. I'm slightly overweight but am currently healthy, however there are some genetic health issues that run in my family.
