What Causes Throbbing Pain In Elbow While Suffering From Gout In Big Toe?

On the very outside just under the skin on my right elbo I am having these sharp pains and some times they throb. This is on the top of the bone. I have gout flair ups in my big toe some times but that is down in the joint and the pain is a lot like that. There is no swelling or stiffness just sharp sperts of pain just on that one small spot on this bone. This is not the bottom of my elbo but on the upper side.
