What Causes Throbbing Pain In Head And Eyes After Hitting?

A few hours ago i hit my head after tripping over my rug in my room (stupid i know :/) and i've had a headache for a while now, but now my teeth are aching. My head is throbbing like i can feel a pulse..is this normal?also i have been having a little nausea, but i've had that since yesterday, so im not sure if it's related. i feel very tired and my head aches now down to my neck....
The thing is, i really hate hospitals..im scared, so i dont want to go...is there anything i can do?
