What Causes Throbbing Pain In Lower Left Abdomen After An Injury?

I fell longboarding and rolled. I did not make any contact to the ground anywhere on my body other than my forearm shoulder back and hip as I rolled. However I now have a throbbing pain in my lower left abdomen. It seems to be halfway through me between my back and my front. This is the side that I contracted as I curled into the roll. Should I be concerned?
