What Causes Throbbing Pain In Lower Right Back And Legs?

I keep having throbbing pain in my lower right back and my right leg but I recently startied having throbbing pain in my left leg in both front and back. I know I have 3 bulging disc. Can this cause this or is it probably something I should be concerened about?
