What Causes Throbbing Pain In Upper Arm?

Hi, I am 21 years old and am physically active but i keep getting this random throbbing in my upper left arm/shoulder area. It is not painful at all but it gets extremely irritating when i am sitting in class and it just constantly continues to happen
