What Causes Throbbing Sensation In Right Eye And Headache?

hello sir , i can feel difference in sensation of my left and right half of body.less sensation on left side. and sometimes i feel my right eye is thrombing and there is headache on my right side of head.and this has been continued for last 1 week.. and because of that i cant focus on my reading .can you help me what it could be?
