What Causes Tick White Discharge From Penis?

i just went to the restroom to go pee and after i peed normally i had like some thick white stuff come of my penis. It wasn't really that thick, just like if it was semen or something but i don't think it is. I'm 16. this has never happened before. i weigh 135. I'm 5'11". and have never had any medical problems.
