What Causes Tickling In The Soles Of My Feet?

Am a women, aged 50 yrs. Recently I have been getting a tickles feeling on my sole of the feet. Since some days I am unable to sleep during nights because of this tickle..even during days time it becomes irritating. Why it is happening? Pls advise & help
