What Causes Tickling Sensation While Breathing Slowly?

I have a deep tickle when I breath slowly in. It flares up and I out of know where I m straining hard when I cough...due to the tickle...while I cough I feel it aggravates the tube or lung. Sounds very harsh like smokers cough. I ve never smoked in my life. It tickles also lightly thru nose. Eyes water, and nose runs. I m taking benzonatate. Amoxicillin
