What Causes Tight Chest, Sore Muscles And Dizziness While Having Anxiety?

Hi my chest feels tight and my arm muscles are sore and so is my lower back and I feel dizzy and feel sick. I also have anxiety and the doctor prescribed me 40mg of propranolol beta blockers, I ate them for about two weeks but came of them two or three days ago because I was feeling dizzy because of them. I ve also checked my blood pressure and it was118/58 and my pulse was 97. I m really scared if it s pointing to a heart attack or something as I am also a 20 year old female who is a bit overweight.
