What Causes Tight Foreskin With White Ring And Black Spots?

Hello, my foreskin has been tight to pull back the ast year and i recently managd to pull it back, now i have a white ring around the inside of my foreskin (presumably skin) and i have also noticed some spots or black veins on my bell end and inside of foreskin
