What Causes Tightening Of Breasts ?

I have been having extreme cramping/tightening between my breasts just below sternum area/ upperstomach. Going on for a couple weeks - not constant and sometimes eating something helps ??I am already taking nexium for acid reflux. some back aching down the middle as well - sometimes feels a little better when lying down.
