What Causes Tightening Of Cervix And Brown Discharge?

hi i went to have my mirena coil changed today the doctor removed it with no problems at all but when she tried to put new one in my cervix tightened and my legs kept shaking im now loosing brown sludge like blood/ discharge why did my cervix tighten and is the discharge normal?
