What Causes Tightness And Burning Sensation During Urination?

Recently, I ve started feeling a pulling or tugging sensation after urination. There is no pain, burning or bloody urine, but the sensation is uncomfortable. I don t have back pain so I m not sure if it could be a UTI. I ve had one of those before and it was nothing like this. What could this be?
