What Causes Tightness And Pain Above Nipples Along With Numbness In Arm?

Hi ive been getting tight .dull to burning pains about 2 inches above my left nipple and my left arm goes numb and aches the pain inmy chest canbe quite bad and the numbness in my arm lasts for a long time after the chest pain has gone its been like this for about a year or more mainly when I have been drinking and smoking alot im 29 years old and I also take drugs mainly amphetamines which brings the symptoms on alot I seem to only take drugs when i have had a drink which I know is really wrong . Please help thanks
