What Causes Tightness And Pressure In Lower Abdomen After Taking Duphaston?

I am only 5 weeks pregnant, doctor prescribed me duphaston as I had missed miscarriage last year. I think I m feeling tightness and pressure after taking duphaston. I am so scared to miscarry my baby again. Is it normal to feel pressure and tightness around lower abdomen in early pregnancy?
