What Causes Tightness Around Eye-sockets And Forehead?

Hello, I have tightness around both eye sockets, sometimes feeling of something in eyes, tightness in forehead, and excessive blinking (squeezing eyes shut briefly).Eye Dr has no clue and said use these drops for dry eyes. Its not working and I m out of ideas. I am a nail tech and otherwise pretty healthy (that I know of). This comes and goes. On for a couple weeks to months then gone a couple weeks. I do not wear glasses and has been told I don t need them. Any suggestions?
